An organism without sensory input is blind to change and adaptation. Constructive and precise feedback is an essential part of team communication. Considering the statement “clear is kind”, we reflect on a variety of feedback situations and processes.

Clarity on the process of decision-making can boost team collaboration. Collectively we begin to unlearn old patterns of decision-making and create space to set up and practise appropriate new tools and processes.

The Source Principles describe fundamental dynamics of collaboration and are a foundation to our work.
In everything we do, we focus on the holistic picture of the ecosystem and above all, on the people within it who shape and bring the system to life. Shifting how people collaborate requires inner shifts as well as structural ones, and that working regeneratively is not a fixed endpoint, but a continuous practice of learning and adapting together. You won’t find us convincing you to adopt a one-size-fits-all structure, framework or methodology. We start by asking questions that surface root causes, acknowledge power dynamics. We meet you without judgment.
Our expertise and experience comes from the intersection of different areas:
At Unity Effect we’re a fully self-funded social enterprise, both through client projects and public funding. So we’ve been living the challenge from day one to combine purpose with being a profitable business (read more in our article here). We also practice collaboration in organisational development. We, too, cannot solve everything on our own. We are pleased that we now have a large network of trusted partners with whom we enjoy working to find the best solutions together.
