Four assessments

We currently offer four distinct scorecard assessments, each designed to diagnose and support a different layer of your ecosystem:

  • Personal Agency: Rooted in the Capacity Compass, this assessment evaluates inner capacities such as resilience, emotional self-regulation, and courage. It is designed to help practitioners understand their baseline, prevent burnout, and sustain long-term engagement in complex work.
  • Regenerative Teamwork: Based on the collective dimensions of the Capacity Compass, this scorecard measures the relational quality of a group. It captures and quantifies crucial team dynamics, including psychological safety, goal-orientation, and internal collaboration.
  • Systemic Vitality: Built upon the 10 dimensions of the Impact Garden, this assessment evaluates organizations and networks as living systems. It diagnoses structural health factors, including foundational resources (the "soil"), feedback and learning loops (the "irrigation"), and overall systemic relationships.
  • Source-Driven Collaboration: Drawing on the framework of working with Source, this assessment evaluates the deeper connection, vision, and alignment between an initiative's founder (or current source) and the broader organisation. It diagnoses how purpose flows through your structures and helps leaders navigate transitions, succession, and visionary alignment.
