We’re with you in the moment when these ideas come to life, and when they need consistent care and slow fostering. We can facilitate in person, online, or as a hybrid set-up. Our main working languages are English and German, with additional languages covered by our core team and network.

Designing for participation is as much an art as it is a science. Drawing on approaches such as The Art of Hosting, alongside thousands of hours of our own design and facilitation experience, and consolidated templates and resources, what we bring with us is: our heart, passion, and creativity.

Yes, there are general principles for creating lively and engaging learning spaces. Yet at the same time, each event is unique – in its intention, contextual factors, and participants’ needs. We therefore seek to understand your context and work as the basis to which we bring our expertise and energy.

If you want to create a purpose-driven event or program, then we’re happy to support you with designing and crafting the experience. Or is it rather a retreat and event where the agenda may change and develop as the group progresses along? In this case, we can facilitate and guide you through the process.

Within every group there is a wealth of knowledge, lived experiences and diverse perspectives. Cultivating this powerful resource of learning together is crucial in order to adapt and thrive in a complex world. Peer learning allows us to tap into this collective wisdom, to learn from and with each other.

Yet to work effectively, peer learning needs guidance and structure. We support you in designing intentional formats and processes, and enable you to foster ownership in your peer-learning group, team and organisation. In so doing, guided peer learning can strengthen collaboration, facilitate effective problem solving, and support shared leadership.

Strategies for organisational learning

Imagine you’re a gardener wanting to bring more diversity and life to your ecosystem: Where do you start sowing, what are you sowing, what is possible and necessary? Luckily, you’re not on your own. Instead of relying only on trial and error, we can tap into the implicit knowledge that is already present within your organisation or network. As we’re living in complex and ever-changing times, we’re convinced that an embedded strategy for organisational learning is crucial for an organisation to thrive in the 21st century.

Such a learning strategy is not another concept paper, but rather a participatory process that balances clear leadership with enabling bottom-up participation. This provides a strong foundation for making sense of internal and external changes at an organisational level, as well as for increased engagement and more joy at work.
