Believe it or not - we decided to bring our own programs online prior to the pandemic. The reason was simple: We know about the power of very personal and facilitated group processes, and we strive to make them as accessible as possible.
A couple of years and plenty of iterations later, we have developed and established three Journeys: multi-week online programs for small groups, which combine weekly 2-hour online workshops, peer-coaching sessions, and individual exercises.
