Your work drives profound, systemic change, but your internal processes and evaluation frameworks often struggle to keep pace. Traditional MEL feels extractive, internal teams are siloed, and stakeholder engagement frequently remains superficial. We help you build regenerative evaluation and learning systems that solve these challenges, together.
We support and partner with leaders and teams within multilateral institutions and international aid organisations who are:
Having worked with the United Nations, International Labour organisation, Fairtrade International, the German Development Agency GIZ and others, we have the tools and methods up our sleeves that might speak to you.

We go beyond conventional MEL. Our regenerative approach delivers the robust, credible evidence of successes and failures you need for donor reporting. Crucially, it also uncovers the underlying patterns and key factors driving those results. This provides actionable insights you can use to learn, adapt, and inform future strategy.
We help you support the internal teams and leaders at the heart of your mission. Our approach helps bridge silos and builds the essential capacities for resilience and high-performance teams, enabling your people to navigate global complexity and stay aligned on your core mission.
In a rapidly changing world, strategy can't be static. We help you design the peer-learning opportunities and reflective structures your teams need for continuous adaptation. This builds your internal capacity to explore new pathways, respond to emerging challenges, and remain effective and agile in the field.

GIZ’s internal Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ) engaged Unity Effect in 2022 to enable a participatory and bottom-up approach to organisational learning.

FLOCERT and Unity Effect have been collaborating since 2018. One of their key working areas is impact evaluation.
