Our Approach


We design and facilitate workshops and trainings with a focus on creating interactive, engaging and participatory learning experiences.

We work together with you to develop and implement formats around your topics and themes, including learning journeys, peer exchange formats, capacity building programs and workshops. We work both within organisations, as well as across organisations and networks. We also offer evaluation to measure capacity development and the impact of your programs.

Peer learning in organisations & networks


Within every group there is a wealth of knowledge, lived experience and diverse perspectives to share with each other. Peer learning is an approach that enables us to tap into this collective wisdom, to learn from and with each other. It can strengthen collaboration, facilitate effective problem solving, support shared leadership and enable continuous learning which is crucial to adapt and thrive in a complex world. 

Yet to work effectively, peer-learning needs guidance and structure. We support you to design intentional formats and processes, and enable you to foster ownership in your peer learning group, team and organisation.

Strategically supporting the network during its launch and inception, and fostering peer-learning and knowledge exchange.

Global team retreats for ASI - Assurance Services International

Design and facilitation of three week-long retreats, online and in person, for 70 team members of ASI, with a focus on team connection, reflection and capacity building (ongoing since 2021).

Learning Circles for managers and digital pioneers with the Akademie für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (AIZ) - GIZ GmbH

Designing and implementing a peer-learning methodology in an iterative process for GIZ that can be scaled across the organisation, including facilitation of pilot learning circles.

Global Service Development with FLOCERT

Supporting the development and establishment of a unit responsible for service delivery across multiple Fairtrade organisations.

Network Managers Annual Meeting with SDSN (Sustainable Development Solutions Network)

Designing and facilitating a 4 day hybrid meeting for SDSN network managers with a focus on building trust and working on the strategic development of the network.

Kofi Annan Foundation Changemaker's Program

Facilitation of a year-long program which brings together 12 young changemakers with colleagues and friends of Kofi Annan, to foster leadership based on respect, trust, listening and integrity, through intergenerational dialogue and capacity building workshops.

Strategic workshops and leadership retreats for Senior Management team and team members of ASI - Assurance Services International

Design and facilitation of in person and online workshops and retreats on leadership and collaboration, and strategic planning and implementation (ongoing since 2021).

Leadership Journey for Regional Coordinators of the Bosch Alumni Network

12 week capacity building program on leadership development, team collaboration and working in complexity for network leaders.

Team Journey with the HR team of FSC

Guiding a year long process with a series of workshops exploring topics including collaborative leadership, team values and purpose, communication and dealing with conflict, decision-making, and more.

Virtual Training Course, Interactive Learning Sessions and Peer-to-Peer Exchange

Conceptualisation and facilitation of interactive training programs, alumni courses, peer exchange and peer learning formats for the Global Project of Reducing Inequalities with GIZ (ongoing since 2020).

Virtual Seminars and Summer School

Conceptualisation, technical implementation and facilitation of online workshops on topics including facilitation, communication and decision making for student scholarship holders from Joachim Herz Stiftung's "grips gewinnt" program, online and in person (ongoing since 2020).
